Being active and a part of a team has always been an important part of my life. From the time I could walk, my parents had me involved in sports. I played soccer and softball through high school and have always loved the camaraderie. As an adult, I stayed active through co-ed sports, working out at my local globo-gym, and running various 5k’s. After my first half marathon, I realized this type of fitness was not for me.
